I solved my constant PTT in SSB problem:
I eanbled CW on COM4 for PTT purposes and it went keydown all the time.
What I neglected to do was click and highlight "PC generated" CW. Even
though I wasn't using CW, and only wanted it for PTT control by RTS,
that was required. Now it works.
