Well after countless hours and trying everything I have learned over the
your and what I can find on the reflector or sent to me I can not
install version 10.63H on my Windows 2000 laptop.
I have installed the lastest windows installer that fixed K0BX problem
but it does not fix mine. I have tried all the steps with no success.
I get a message that it is a windows installer problem so it might not
be a WL problem but I installed the new windows installer so I am stuck!!!
After years of reading the help pages on Microsoft windows versions the
people who write these are either so smart they can not communicate with
people like me or they are idiots when it comes to their ability to
communicate with the English langurage. I have not decide which yet but
they sure can say a lot and not say hardly anything that means much to me.
Does anyone have an idea. In this case the old version 10.55 stays good
and continues to work after the new install aborts! I would like the
new version so I can have the same version on all my computers for
networking. This way during a multi-op I can be in another room with my
wireless card and check things out but with a different version this
appears to be asking for a network crash.
