[WriteLog] Installing Writelog and MMTTY Plugin

Station got hit by lightening last week. Killed my computer. I have just 
reinstalled Writelog and MMTTY on a new PC. Now trying to install the 
MMTTY plugin. When I try it tells me I need to install writelog. I have 
already installed it . What am I missing??
