[WriteLog] To4X etc in WL Log

Hi again,

20 questions time from me....  :)

This weekend I worked a few TO stations, but WL did not know the country 
that the station was in.  I loaded the newest country file (TNX AD1C) 
and they do not show up properly yet.

Is there a way to say that TO4X = FS??  I looked thru the archives and 
did not see that.
