[WriteLog] Exchange Format Editing

OK..So the field size can be set by adding spaces after the caption.  
The Order displays just like order in the editing window.

But it looks as though once a format is set, it can not be changed.  

I cant change the order or the field lengths after the initial creation?? 

There are no entries in the log at this point.
