[WriteLog] Mmrtty Not Keying VOX When Standalone

This one has me really puzzled.

Writelog works fine on RTTY with the Mmrtty plug-in using AFSK and VOX.

When Mmrtty is standalone, however, the VOX fails to key the transmitter.

(Just changed from a previous setup using FSK (PTT) which worked fine with 
both Writelog and Mmrtty standalone).

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
