Bob,
What I have done in the past was to use the Contest/Exchange Format Setup
and then to rename that field, can use the same name, with blanks after the
name to pad the field to the width I wanted.
As I recall this has not always been successful, so I haven't done so in a
while, usually remove the RST field.
