[WriteLog] Delaware QSO Party

I wasn't planning on working the DEQP, but I noticed that I only need 
Delaware on CW for the WAS CW Endorsement.

I see that there isn't a DEQP in the list of WriteLog contests, but is there 
something I could use in a pinch?
