We have posted a rig driver for the Elecraft K4-over-IP here:

It downloads and installs separate from WriteLog. The only feature it
offers that is not available using the WriteLog K3 setting on a serial
port is the ability to connect to the K4 over IP as opposed to a serial
port.
We still await Elecraft support of streaming IQ over the K4's ethernet
port. (If you are not familiar with what "IQ" means, think CW Skimmer,
HDSDR or full sub-band recording. None of those are supported on the K4
now, and for essentially the same reason WriteLog doesn't put a spectrum
from the K4 on its band map.)
