[WriteLog] No Stations Spotted on 10.53E Band Map or Packet Spots

Hello,

No spots are showing up on the Band Map or Packet Spots in 
V10.53E.  Connected to the cluster via Telnet and can send spots and see 
them come in on the Telnet window.  However, they don't make it from there 
to the Band Map or Packet Spot windows.  Am I the only one having this 
problem.

Earlier versions did display the spots on the Band Map and Packet Spots window.
