Hi agn,
Tnx for the comments so far...
From a contesting standpoint I can see that the dups really don't
matter too much as the checkers or whatever take care of that.
The dups that I am concerned about are the identical ones that
may show up in a log more from the DXpeditions standpoint.
Where this showed up is that I am merging the logs to put up on the
webserver and want to get as correct as possible. If for example
I have combined the logs and now have W9IXX listed as 20mtr cw
4 times, but know I only worked the DXpedition once. Being listed
multiple times would indicate something is wrong. Guess is
the engineer in me..... HI...
Worst case is I will manually go thru the ADIF files and clean.
A ham friend of mine here locally says he posts his logs on his
website and has a program clean his dups (real dups). Am checking
with him now.
Tnx agn guys/gals for all the inputs.
73 Phil
PS: Tnx for the kudos on the operation, it was fun and sri was
cut short. 1/3 of the yr is fog there....
