[WriteLog] Protected Files - error installing

Hi Folks,

First time user here, and I've encountered a 
problem with setup.  While trying to install the 
MMTTY plug-in, I receive this notice:

The following error occurred on file, C:\Program 
Files\WriteLog\Programs\MmTtb34.rra

Access is denied.
(0x5)

Is the WriteLog folder write-protected/read 
only?  Any tips would be appreciated.
