[WriteLog] writelog will not respone

Scot-  Is is possible for you to get someong at writelog to respond to my 
telephone calls and money sent?  Several months ago I sent 30 dollars to 
writelog but have yet to receive the program.  Someone at writelog even called 
after they received my check, to get more inforation.  Can you possibly do
