[WL-USERS] Additional Contest support

I've just come back from the Friedrichshafen Ham Convention in Germany. A
fascinating show...with lots of IARU (Israel, Ukraine, UK) societies promoting
their contests.   I picked up some of the literature and will pass it along to
Ron when I get home and sort things out.

One contest that interests me that isn't supported is the RSGB IOTA contest.  Is
there any chance this contest will be supported before it comes along (August)?
