[WriteLog] Remote Rttywrite

Uning WL remote. Audio works fine, however Rttywrite only works on Baudot or 
ASCII. PSK modes don’t show audio in the tuning window. Didn’t check CW there 
but the WL CW decoder window is also not seeing audio at the client. 

Along the same line, Do DVK files live on the host or the client?
