I have older version of WL which is 10.73D (September, 2009) I followed the
instructions and downloaded everything OK, I guess.
But I all the time have T9 prefixes as UNKNOWN MULT, even though I have T99D
callsign in check partial, it still says: "Unknown Mult". Why is that?
