[WriteLog] Lost Windows

Hi all,
Received a reply from Mike, K4GMH, solving the problem.
The solution was to recreate a writelog.ini file, by removing the existing
one.
On the startup of the program all windows were back.
After copying the personal settings back to the ini file everything is
running fine.
