[WriteLog] Band Summary Window

Hi,

After recovering all the windows last week, I noticed I am left with one
other problem.
The band summary window is not functioning.

It only shows 000 and XXX and the refresh sign (two arrows in a circle).
Having qso's in the log makes no difference and the problem is in old
contests and in new ones.
The archives didn't help me on this one, so anybody out there who can help
me?
