A question mark in the 'M' column means that WriteLog can't determine at
least one of the multipliers (zone, country, state/province) based on what
is entered in those fields in the Entry window. US/VE need all three and
others need only the zone and country. A question mark can arise if the
multiplier field is empty or if the entered data is not recognized as a
valid multiplier.
Send me an example problem QSO, or just send me the WriteLog file (*.wl) and
I'll take a look.
