[WriteLog] help - K3s keys when I start writelog

Version 12.21

When I start WL after choosing a log new or existing, the radio keys.

I have tried:
- disconnecting all sources of PTT except the USB (ACC and PTT in)
- blowing away the ini (import empty file)
- reinstalling WL

If I change ports, choose no rig, etc. it unkeys. As soon as I select the
K3 on the right port, it keys.
