[WriteLog] State QSO party from multiple counties?

Is there anyone out there that has used WriteLog from multiple
counties in a state QSO party, for example mobile operation?  What do
you have to do when you enter a new county?  I'm looking for a sample
ADIF file from such a log, to test a new program I'm playing around
with.

p.s. I already have such a log from N1MM.  It uses the ADIF field
