OK - I think I got it.

Tom's email prompted me to play with the settings on the Sound Board
Mixer Control some more.  It works as soon as I un-check "Exclusive"
on the "xmit(s) From PC"  I can leave Exclusive checked on the DVK mic
and it works.  Can't say I understand it.  But it's working.  I'll put
it through its paces to make sure everything holds up as expected.
