WriteLog version 12.84 is a free upgrade for anyone who has purchased the
full version of WriteLog since October 2023.

New in version 12.84 since 12.83:
* Update All Asian contest to current Cabrillo contest name.
* Fix crash in Cabrillo options setup in special case where no DXCC prefix
has previously been set for scoring.
* For CA Qso Party from out-of-state, when working a county line station a
subsequent time, pre-fill all the counties from the previous QSO
* For PA Qso Party, enable entering county-line QSOs as a single QSO.
* For FL Qso Party, update county line handling. Add tqsl county output for
operating a rover in FL.
* If you log a QSO, then edit the QSO’s CALL, then send a spot before
having entered any letters into the CALL field, the CALL that is spotted is
the newly edited call.

Updating to 12.84 does not automatically update the necessary multiplier
files. You must also File/update-data-files in WriteLog to download them.
For anyone choosing to run WriteLog without upgrading, you still want to
File/update-data-files in WriteLog to get the multiplier updates.
