[WriteLog] VHF IARU region I contest support

I would like to know if anyone uses Writelog for IARU region I VHF/UHF
contests. I miss very much such module; I have tried to use an alternative
ARRL VHF QSO party or ARRL VHF sweepstake, but these modules I can't use for
it.
