[WriteLog] Bug in STF output for DARC 10m Contest

Hi guys,

there is a bug in the STF output for the DARC 10m contest, it will not
include serial numbers. So if you participated in today's contest, please
take the time to download a corrected darc10.dll here:
http://www.dl1efd.de/darc10.dll
Just copy this file to the Writelog\programs directory.

I also uploaded a new install package to www.dl1efd.de which includes the
new dll and also has some minor changes in the STF output for the other
DARC contests.
