Depends on your version. Mine has a box for 'Auto-Scroll' in the Packet
Spots window that stops what you are talking about.

Is there a solution for this Packet Spots window scrolling:
As new packet spots come in, the existing spots scroll to the bottom of the
window thereby leaving the new spots "unviewable" at the top of the Packet
Spots window. I have to "grab the elevator" and ride it to the top of the
window to see the new spots.
I would prefer to always see the latest spots rather than the oldest ones.
Is there a fix?
