All it is a Demo program that shows you that (and how if you look at the source
code) it is possible for an external program to find out on which radio the
keyboard and transmit focus in WL is at the moment, and for it to be notified
when it changes.
"Automation" as in OLE Automation, a way to communicate between applications.
