Yes, just the system control panel and select ports. Start -> Control
Panel -> Performance and Maintenance > System -> Hardware -> Device
Manager -> ports -> The device (in my caase the SIIG card) -> properties
(right click) -> Port Settings -> Advanced where I could change the port
number. ( I guess I got the order right - they sure bury this down deep
compared to Win95/98). Hope that this helps.

Would you mind telling us how you did that. Did you edit the registry or is
there a setting in the control panel. I certainly could find not in the
control panel. If you edited the registry, what was the key that you edited?
