[WriteLog] Upgrades to WriteLog requests

I would like to see a TCPIP interface for the radios that support it, 
especially the Elecraft K4D.
Also would like a spectrum scope for the same radio.  I'm using DXLabs 
for general logging and the tcpip interface with spectrum-scope, over 
tcpip, to my remote K4 works fine, as does N1MM+.
I do prefer using Writelog for contesting, but need the K4 interface.
