[WriteLog] beta WriteLog/Flex-6000 series driver

This updated Flex-6000 series driver for WriteLog is available for beta
testing:

The new feature in this driver is an option to "Limit to 2 Slices". This
provides limited SO2R support for two different hardware configurations
that were not supported before:

a) using Maestro with any Flex Radio
b) using the Flex-6300 (with or without Maestro.)
