[WriteLog] Rig Manager NOT PRESENT

Reloading everything after a hard drive failure is a  challenge.  
 
When I bring up WL, the initial page asks for which log or start a  new one.  
When either is selected, it give the following fault message and  shuts WL 
down:
 
                    No  rig manager present.  No rig drivers loaded.
 
I am using a FT-1000MP and MK1100 keyer.  WL version  10.60G.  Worked great 
before the HDD went.
 
I am not sure downloading a new version is quickest or best  solution.  Any 
clues to how to fix it?
