My new (to me) FT1000D sub receiver goes deaf when I switch to narrow cw receive. Apparently one is meant to fit a narrow 455 filter in the subrx to listen in this mode. I could live with subrx in SSB bandwidth while main rx in narrow mode. Does anyone know of a fix that would keep the 455 subrx SSB filter in the line at all times? 73 end Barry Kirkwood PhD ZL1DD Signal Hill Homestay 66 Cory Road Palm Beach Waiheke Island 1240 NEW ZEALAND www.waiheke.co.nz/signal.htm |
