[Yaesu] 1000MP power, reflector?

I recently upgraded one of my FT990s for a 1000MP. I understand that there is 
a seperate 1000MP reflector. I would like to get the address for it.

Also, is there any adjustment for power above 100 watts output on the 'MP?
My 990 will do 110-120 watts which drives the grounded grid amps much better.
