Hi all
I have an FT101ZD that I'm planning to use as an IF with DEM VHF
transverters. I know that Yaesu made a transverter for this rig. I have the
schematic for the 101 but not the transverter although the 101 book shows
the hookup.
My question - it seems that the keyed connector on the back has a jumper
for filaments. Am I correct in assuming that to use it with a transverter
you break that connection leaving the driver fil on but turning the 6146's
off?
Anybody been there done that?

Thanks

Frank
