I recently picked up an FT990 which seems to have a permanently closed (always
on) cooling fan circuit. The fan also seems quite noisey. I need to
trouble-shoot the thermistor, op-amp and transistor in the cooling circuit on
the PA board. Also consider replacing the noisey fan. Any info/advice would be
appreciated.
