I have been thinking about installing a narrow filter for use in the
FT1kD 2nd Rcvr. I would like to track the station that the DX stn is
working w/o so much QRM while using the 2.0K or 2.4K the filter.
Can some of your experienced users of the FT1kD comment on your own
installations and give some pointers/hints to me for researching further
?
What is the installation procedure and how involved is it?
Are you satisfied with the additional filter?
What filter units are available: Inrad or Yaesu ?
