I have seen where some tried running the cathode driven. However they weren't straight G-G as they used some screen voltage and a bias. They don't run too hot this way in my opinion. But, they carry

What I can,t figure is why one would want to run a tetrode in G-G where a triode is the very ticket for it? To me, if one wanted to run a tetrode, they would want to run it the way it was designed to
