Greetings, Just picked up an SB-200. The TS-450 has a 7-pin DIN plug to use for an amplifier, but no usable information (unless it's hooking up a TL-922--go figure!!) in the manual and the schematic

Roger and Rich, Okay, I've got the hot-switching bit figured out. What's the impact? I'd guess that if the Kenwood is producing full output when the relay goes that for a moment the SWR will go crazy

Rich, Thanks for the note. Been learning fast. If the problem is simply (I doubt it...) the relay, why not just swap out the old one with something faster? Why all the changes to the grid-to-ground c
