Check that ..... its not burning off the contacts like last time !!!!! While set to operate on 75/80M - as the plate TUNE was being decreased ( to almost minimum value) , power was still increasing -

Honestly i didnt think the cost of a pair of 3-500Z's was cheap copmpared to a single GS-35B. I dont know what is in a AL1200 but i did not replace the 3-500Z's in my Yokagawa PL960( its a THP HL-2K
