Ahh! N connectors, one of the things that causes me to get up on the soap box. Here goes.... If I remember the Mil Spec right, N connectors are rated at 800 watts max at 150 Mhz. So are BNC's, TNC's

You forgot to specify a frequency John. The world does not end at 30MHz. There is no way Jose, you will run a N on 432 MHz at 1500W CCS even below sea level. I believe the N carries a Mil and commerc

snip Not all brands cope with both. The most common one in UK is Greenpar (now part of M/A Com) which is a very good connector but which won't take double screen without reaming out the clamping nut.
