- 3CX1000A7 if you can find one and a socket. Its what the 8877 should have been....bulletproof even at the updated 1500W dissipation. The pull in my 2M amp will still do 1800W after almost 30 years. C

- Just looked up a YC229 on Google. Looks like it needs a socket to me? Are you sure the number is correct? 73 Jim W7RY The 3CX-1200Z7 doesnt need a socket either. require is a grid flange, 2 x lugs on
