OK I have removed the bare neutral ground wire from the jack. It makes no difference considering they paralleled each other the whole length. I looked at the 41 page article as suggested.  Really, 41

Thanks for your input Gary, fortunately or Unfortunately in my case I learned a lot about wiring. Looks like I may have to do few things in my shack which is away from the house with little re-wiring
