- I'm working on a high power amplifier design using high voltage switching MOSFETs. It all looks fine in LTspice (doesn't it always?) until I look at the PSU decoupling requirements. I need something

- the to for? If you could parallel several of the 10nF 1kV disc ceramics by Murata, they would handle the current easily. They don't have a formal RF current rating but will handle at least 1.5A each

- I suggest the ATC series of flat strip multilayer ceramic capacitors like these: http://www.atceramics.com/Product/39/900_C_Series_X7R_Ceramic_RF_Power_Multilayer_Capacitors_%28MLCs%29 73 John K5PRO

- Thanks, John. Baruch/4Z4RB just suggested the same thing. They look better for high frequencies than the leaded disc ceramics that Ian/GM3SEK pointed me towards. However, there doesn't seem to be a U

- Those ATC caps cover 100-300V depending upon values. Plus I dont see any RF current ratings below 30 MHz. Carl KM1H I suggest the ATC series of flat strip multilayer ceramic capacitors like these: ht
