Im wondering why the IRF510n is used fairly widely. I haven't found any reference to using the IRF9510 (p-chan) in a linear ( 10-50W range). Has anyone seen a schematic that does?? Mike KC7NOA ______

First the 510 has been around a long long time. The 9510 is more recent. The 510 has much lower on resistance that the 9510 and shorter rise and fall times. Most of all the 9510 is P channel. Uses a
