Remove tubes, replace fuse, turn on, no blow? bad tube. Blow? shorted diode in PS or filter cap. B+ short to ground. Thats about it unless safety choke is shorted from shorted blocking cap. In a mess

Remove the tubes and try again. If they still blow go from the fuse holders to the PS. If the 'lytics are the originals they should be suspect anyway. Other possibilities are the plate choke bypass a
