A suggestion for anyone planning to copy this - get 8 fets from one batch, so the gate thresholds are likely to be close together. IR specify a range of 2-4V so a mix could end up with only some bein

I should have said there's the alternative to measure them instead. Perhaps they were all from the same wafer run, but packaged at different times, or maybe the process control is easier than with rf
