Just an old 2K or is there a suffix? The 2K, which I have on here, has no fixed caps in it except for the plate blocking caps. Does it do it on all bands? Was this amplifier working? Are the settings

It's a 2K classic, mfg Jan 1997. The relays checked out with an ohmmeter but I have not tried cleaning the contacts- they appear to be sealed relays. 73, Jim Have you tried cleaning the make contacts
