It seems if you are a non american winner they forget about you. I had the same problem with the Canadian Certificate beeing issued. You must SHAME them into sending it out. Only in America Marcel VA

I agree regarding the rules. I had the same problem last year and lost out to a station using the same call on two single band entries. The rules are something to laugh at it seems and no one follows
