Hi, Shelby-- Seems pretty clear to me, at least at first blush. But then what about multi-op? Each operator cannot (or should not) send his own license year, which would make for a lot of confusion.

I believe in rules and tradition. If someone missed sending the callsign in the exchange a few times I would probably not DQ them. But if stations decide to violate the rules that define the exchange
