In order to get the RBN skimmer spots from VE7CC, I had to use the VE7CC app, log in to VE7CC, and check the "allow skimmer spots" box. From the same place you can also filter spots by state, etc, so

Many in the northern parts of the U.S. would probably not support that, IMHO. Its either raining, snowing, snow on the ground, or cold in April. And sometimes in May. I would vote for earlier in June
